BIOGRAPHY

Up and coming singer/songwriter, Brienne Moore, is making her own wayfor a long-lasting career in the music industry. Independently finishing herself-titled CD, Brienne utilized her passion and experience in every word andnote. Now, Brienne is creating a buzz with her captivating melodies andhonest lyrics.

Raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Brienne started her musical career early.Influenced by artists like Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Roberta Flack, andDonny Hathaway to name a few, initially she was solely self-taught. Whatbegan as performing for family and friends, later progressed to joining schoolchoirs and plays. This in turn, took her to singing in the choir that backedBarbara Streisand's New Year's Eve show at the MGM Grand!

After attending the only performing arts high school in Las Vegas (the samehigh school great R&B acts like 702 and Neyo went to), Brienne moved toLos Angeles to pursue her dreams in music. When she picked up the guitar, Brienne's songwriting flourished. This opened the door to work with manyrenowned producers and songwriters in Los Angeles. In addition, she is afeatured performer at a variety of local venues, including The RooseveltHotel, The Viper Room, and BB Kings.

Soon after Brienne released her CD, ASCAP listened to her music andBrienne was selected to attend the Lester Sill workshop. She, along with 13other songwriters picked from hundreds of submissions, were encouragedand mentored by music professionals in the industry, including legendaryproducer/singer/songwriter Linda Perry.

In 2008, Brienne was chosen to perform at three NACA conferences: NACASouth, NACA Mid-Atlantic, and NACA Central which ignited a cross-countrycollege tour of well over 30 colleges performing her music!

Brienne was one of thousands who auditioned for and one of the fewstudents selected for the second class of the University of SouthernCalifornia's new Popular Music Program, which is the first of its kind in thecountry. While she attends this elite music program, she is also working onher follow-up (soon to be released) acoustic album. Look for it soon!
