BIOGRAPHY

With an Eclectic blend of Acoustic Soul, Folk, and R&B, up-and-coming singer/songwriter, Brienne Moore, is blazing a soulful trail through the music industry. After independently finishing her debut self-titled CD in 2007, Brienne is becoming a fixture of the L.A. music scene and poised to bring her caviler sound to mainstream.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Brienne has sang since the age of 3. It was clear to her family, friends, church and school choirs that her talent was natural and unique and needed to developed professionally. Brienne was accepted into the only performing arts high school in Las Vegas which produced a bevy of national recording artists from 702 to Neyo. Her high school career was highlighted by being selected to a choir that backed Barbara Streisand at her 1999 New Year's Eve show at the MGM Grand!

After graduating high school, Brienne moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams in the music business. In a few short years, she taught herself how to play guitar and write music and her songwriting soon flourished. This opened the door to work with many renowned producers and songwriters in the Los Angeles area, and Brienne quickly became a favorite at many local venues including The Temple Bar, The Viper Room, BB Kings, and Tangier. The young star also followed in the footsteps of many noted L.A. area musicians by performing live on the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica.

The release of her first CD caught the ear of ASCAP, and Brienne was selected to attend the prestigious Lester Sill Workshop where she worked and rubbed elbows with several veteran producers and noted songwriters. She and the other 13 songwriters, who were picked out of a few hundred submissions, were encouraged and mentored by music professionals in the industry, including legendary producer/singer/songwriter Linda Perry!

Throughout 2009, Brienne did her first national college tour as an independent artist, spreading her music. Stay tuned and keep an ear out for this undeniable talent!

An Artist's Tale // 1.10.2010

There are many ways an artist can put themself out there and get recognized. Without a record deal with major distribution, an artist can feel lost within a sea of many other talented singers, songwriters, producers, djs, etc., wishing upon the same dream. It is difficult to keep one’s sanity while maintaining the demands of living and taking care of oneself, let alone any family one may have to provide for, all the while performing the daunting task of perfecting your craft, marketing you...
